Site Manager

As part of our development, PI System Automation is looking for a manager for the whole site. He will be part of the site department. Autonomous, with his team he will handle the management, organisation of our sites and/or on the customer’s site with the head of department and/or the project manager.

Vos missions

Handle site preparation/Coordinate team tasks/Equipment adjustment

• Determine on-site equipment installation
• Carry out equipment assembly and installation in accordance with machine instructions and documentation, etc.
• Carry out equipment adjustments and check their operation
• Complete intervention tracking support reports and share the information with the respective department.
• Check compliance of supplier, subcontractor and service provider performance
• Complete and manage the mechanical assembly and wiring in the workshop and/or on site.
• Send potential customer revision requests to the project leader or project manager.
• Responsible for compliance with the customer’s request and project specifications and responsible for keeping within the constraints of the offer, technically and in terms of budget.

Vos compétences

Organisation and Management techniques

• Use of measuring devices
• Rules in relation to electrical safety, welding techniques
• Ability to understand technical drawings, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams/tyres
• Use of electrical measuring equipment (multimeter, etc.)
• Has mechanical and electromechanical training, similar extensive experience is required.
• Fluent technical English required.
• A methodical approach, and an analytical and reasoning ability are required, as well as good organisational skills, flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
• Salary depends on experience

Within the context of business development, PI System Automation is looking for automation/robotics experts. Reporting to the Automation/Electricity Manager, you will join the automation/robotics experts team in the research department. Your responsibilities will range from functional analysis reporting, to detailed system analysis, programming PLCs/robots and HMI, platform simulations, machine adjustments in our workshop or on our customers’ premises. Versatile and autonomous, you will manage the main Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens PLCs and/or the main robot brands (ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, Yaskawa, etc.), we are interested in your profile.

Fixed-term contract leading to a permanent contract or fixed-term contract depending on the profile

• A-level + 2 years to 5 years higher education with significant industry experience.

• Good command of English would be a bonus.
